Version 4.01 of the interface cards VI set for LabView users is available today. In the current version full support for the new Ethernet card model IF-E1B was implemented. Support for the older model IF-E1 is discontinued from this version, but older VI set version remain available in the download section.
Also new in this version are VIs for full support of the laboratory power supply series PS 2000 B, including the single and triple output models.

The well-proven low-cost laboratory power supply series PS 2000 has now completely been replaced by the new series PS 2000 B. The new series offers four models with single output and four models with triple output. They all come in switching mode technology, providing smaller dimensions, much lower weight and even more functionality. The new triple output models with 212W or 332W are now available.

"Iso Analog" is a new option for power supplies of the series PS 8000 3U. and PSI 8000 3U. This version replaces the default built-in analogue interface and is galvanically isolated up to 1500V DC.
When order with new device, the option is already integrated. But it can be retrofitted to older units, if returned to the factory.

The new option PV is a built-in feature for three selected models of the PSI 8000 3U series. The option is intended for solar inverter tests. The option enables the device to simulate the characteristics of a solar panel.

All models from 1000W of the wall-mount power supply series PS 800 R and PSI 800 R are from now on delivered with a Share Bus feature, which will simplify parallel operation of several units. The Share Bus is led out as a connector on the front and is used to gain a symmetric load current distribution, as well as parallel voltage control.

The lab power supply series PSI 8000 2U and PS 8000 3U, as well as the high efficiency power supply series PSI 8000 3U and PS 8000 3U have each been extended by several 40V models. These models fulfill the requirements of industrial test equipment according to low voltage directive 2006/95/EG by guaranteeing a max. output voltage below 60V DC in any case.

Since November 2010 we offer a new series of AC current sources in our portfolio. The devices feature one-phase outputs and are available in either linear or switching mode technology. Models from 500VA up to 50000VA cover a wide range of applications. Upon request, some power classes are also available with three-phase output.

The new series PS 8000 3U and PSI 8000 3U extend the series PS 8000 2U resp. PSI 8000 2U by 18 new models each and with power ratings of 5kW up to 15kW in 3U height and 19" housings. Furthermore, those new models can be combined into cabinet systems of up to 150kW total power for instant use. Each series features three models with max. 40V output voltage according to the low voltage directive. A slot for exchangeable interface cards, as well as a terminal for share bus functionality for series or parallel connection are standard.

The approved wall mount power supply series PSI 800 R  and PS 800 R has each been extended by three models with 5000W output power. The series now features units with output voltages up to 500V and output currents of up to 170A.

The manifoldly approved wall mount battery chargers of the series BCI 800 R  have been extended by twelve new models with power ratings of 1.5kW up to 5kW. The output voltages of the new models now suits best to charge Lithium ion batteries, but can of course also be used to charge other battery types. There are several battery profiles which can be modified by the user to suit custom requirements. Charging voltages of up to 400V DC and charging currents up to 170A are available.

The new digital and exchangeable interface card offers Profibus compatibility by a standard field bus port according to IEC 61158-2. It supports DPV0 and DPV1, as well as bus transfer speeds up to 12MBit/s and up to 32 units on a bus segment. The units are identified to the master by included GSD files. The card is galvanically isolated up to 1000V. The new IF-PB1 supports laboratory power series PSI 9000, PSI 8000 and PS 8000 for connection to field bus systems.
