Problem: You have a PSI 9000 laboratory power supply with an Ethernet card IF-E1 in slot B (if seen from behind, the righthand one) and can not access the device or card?

Solution: at the moment (date 23.08.10, PSI firmware version 4.04), this interface card only works in slot A. Please plug the card to the other slot and restart the device. If the network setup for the card is correct, communication shall now work as expected.
